There are actually 2 different ways to perform the offset path function in Illustrator, but today we only focus on one of them. You can really use this to make some crisp and clean logo designs, and I myself use it a lot in my workflow. In the video, I first show you the technique of the offset path, and then I make a simple logo using the technique.
