I do three things in this video. First – I explain what Agenda 21 REALLY is. Second, I describe smart growth, the city planning concept that Agenda 21 promotes. And finally, I give you my explanation for why smart growth became tangled in a conspiracy theory that also relates to climate change denial and fears of a one world government.
