Lecture 228 – 2D Drawings from Rhino – Sections (Fall 2019)



An overview of how to make a line drawing section from a Rhino 3D model using the make2d command. Includes how to do a clay rendering to add basic shadows as an underlay to your line drawing. Additionally covers using a cThru material to block sunlight (but be visually transparent) so that interior lights and shadows are rendered accurately. Also includes basic post-processing and scaling techniques in Adobe Illustrator.
