When we run A/B tests for our Youtube video thumbnails, I expected that my designs would win every time. Yet somehow our data analyst and video editor out perform me in almost every test. How could this be? I’m a veteran designer with over 20 years experience and somehow I continue to lose, in this video I’ll explore why that might be.
