Graphic design trends come and go, and they are relevant in many aspects of the design process. However, we need to be careful when selecting a trend because there is a time and place. I consider some areas of graphic design should be totally trend free, and I explain why in the video.
I feel that the design trends for 2021 are very reflective of what year has set the scene beforehand. Lots of negative things have occurred this year, and it seems that the graphic design trends for 2021 do reflect that, with a stark contrast of disharmony and juxtaposition. I do think that society and life in general shape the setting for trends to emerge, and they reflect the human emotion around at that time. But what do you think about graphic design trends for 2021?
