Here’s the problem I think many of us face:
Our expectations become so inflated because of the success of past experiences. We get fixated on an imaginary projected outcome, that we don’t leave any room for failure or learning. We end up feeling disappointed in ourselves when we fall short of our goals. These experiences can scar us. Eventually, we stop trying altogether. Because we change our mindset slowly shifts from being fearless…to being fearful
