Royal Gold Medal 2015 Lecture

On the occasion of their being presented with the Royal Gold Medal for Architecture in February, Sheila O’Donnell and John Tuomey gave a brilliant and moving lecture called Space for Architecture. John and Sheila took it in turns to talk about the philosophy of their practice, quoting from sources as diverse as Seamus Heaney, Virginia Woolf, Rilke and John’s own limericks.
