RIBA’s ‘Happiness Through Design’ panel event, produced as part of the Homebuilding & Renovating Virtual Show 2020, draws on insights learned from the RIBA Homeowner Survey – Happiness Through Design. It explores the changes homeowners would like to make to their way of living as a result of the pandemic and how and why a well-designed home that suits people’s needs will increase their health and happiness.
The panel is hosted by property expert and presenter Michael Holmes and features experts Ben Channon, RIBA Chartered Architect, Head of Wellbeing at Assael Architecture and author of book Happy By Design and Dr Eleanor Ratcliffe, Lecturer in Environmental Psychology at the University of Surrey.
