Rafael Longoria, professor of architecture at the University of Houston, presented “Planet Houston” Feb. 17 in Geren Auditorium as part of the spring 2014 Architecture Lecture Series at Texas A&M.
Longoria co-edited “The Green Braid: Towards an Architecture of Ecology, Economy and Equity,” a 2007 book that places sustainability at the center of excellent architectural design through a series of peer-reviewed essays published by the Assocaition of Collegeiate Schools of Architecture.
