A family of lamps (floor and table lamp) with directional light sources, which are achieved with the use of steel tubes. The principle of formal reduction is technically resolved to lighten the production as much as possible. A pure design and carefully intended connections between the elements help to create a particular visual balance in the object as a whole, and refer to the original inspiration of the project, Rooftop Chimneys, as well.

Launched in 2004 B.dnb designStudio is an industrial design office based in Brussels.
 
With an approach to design characterized by an interest in materials and manufacturing processes, B.dnb designStudio‘s work covers a wide range of disciplines like designing furniture, lighting and accessories, and also interior design, installations and graphic design. 

Benoît Deneufbourg works to create his own language and considers design as a research laboratory on forms, materials and techniques.

The desire of B.dnb designStudio is to innovate while finding simple and effective solutions.

B.dnb designStudio works internationally with clients such as Interni Edition (BE), Kazaar (BE), LightHouse (IS), Macrolux (IT), Normann Copenhagen (DK), Vange (BE), XL Boom (BE).

About Benoît Deneufbourg
Born in 1977 in Belgium, Benoît Deneufbourg studied design and interior architecture at Saint-Luc Brussels.
During 2 years, he was the assistant from Xavier Lust before to launch his studio in 2004.
