Fix the recent issue where Photoshop can’t open, freezes on the splash screen, uses all of RAM trying to open, and then crashes! This unusual bug is not letting Photoshop, Photoshop Beta, or Adobe Illustrator open at all, and going back a version or even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue.
