Official Launch of Arborescence, a New Mountain Condo Development in Bromont

Bromont, Canada

KnightsBridge

Targeting LEED certification, Arborescence is an environmentally responsible, four-season residential development located directly on Bromont Mountain

Montréal, Canada, 2018-09-10 –

KnightsBridge, a real estate developer, today officially launched Arborescence, a unique series of condominiums located directly on Bromont Mountain’s Kamloops Trail. The eco-friendly project is aiming for LEED certification and will be built in various phases, for a total of approximately 260 units. The first phase, which is set to launch on September 19, will have 48 units and be delivered toward the end of 2019. The investment is evaluated at approximately $100 million.

With streamlined Scandinavian architecture, Arborescence will provide a retreat in the heart of the forest, allowing residents to enjoy the best of all four seasons with activities such as enjoying ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, splashing at the nearby water park or simply taking in the views of the natural surroundings. Each unit will be built with natural materials and feature a gas fireplace, 9- to 15-foot ceilings, superior soundproofing, and expansive windows to put the focus on nature. In addition to unobstructed views of the Eastern Townships, Arborescence will offer comprehensive amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, pond with dock, tennis and beach volleyball courts, and an outdoor fireplace.

“If Quebec and Scandinavia were neighbours, Arborescence would be located right at the border. The development offers the best of both worlds, with sleek, modern architecture that integrates the warm feel of wood. Situated just an hour from Montreal and 40 minutes from the U.S. border, Arborescence provides unequalled access to nature and the mountain, while remaining near local services and attractions. The development is renewed with every season and is sure to please any epicurean!” said Simon Boyer, cofounder of KnightsBridge.

Carefully selected partners to ensure promising results

KnightsBridge joined forces with several well-known partners for this project, including Claridge, a leading Quebec investment firm, as well as ABCP Architecture, which designed the development, and Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec, which is managing the sales.
