Winn House

Area: 170 sq.m.
The interior is solid with its use of simple and clear materials, like wall paint and wood – it might look quite minimalistic, but also spacy and expressive. Also each area has its own unique element, that bring new shades in interior, like stone base of kitchen island or curved wood panel in bedroom. The color palette is mostly warm and soft with rare intensive colors, like terracotta. Rough stones, integrated in different areas, are used in plenty of ways – from wall decoration to “side tables” in bathroom. The house is simply divided in four part – entrance area, living room, master zone and wellness zone. The planning has no unnecessary wall turns or wasted parts, what create smooth transition between rooms.
