За переписом населення 2001 року частка національних меншин в Україні становила 14 млн чол. З того часу ця цифра значно збільшилася та продовжує рости щороку. Світ стає все більш глобалізованим, а Україна якраз знаходиться на перетині Заходу і Сходу.
З іншого боку, поруч із нами, в одному будинку, дворі, місті мешкає багато асоціальних, “проблемних” спільнот, з якими потрібно знаходити спільну мову.

Dear friends, we’re glad to invite you to the lecture of a brilliant speaker, and a friend of CANactions Miodrag Kuč. Miodrag is a real energizer, a very charismatic person, you may listen to his lectures for hours.
Miodrag will tell about the Critical Urban Pedagogy, show possible ways of dealing with uncertain micro-localities and hyper-diverse communities, he will share ideas if it’s possible to find common ground and dialog for living together.
In the recent attempts to rediscover ‘participation’ at the neighbourhood level, socially-engaged projects centred around marginalised communities have been facing the great challenge. This situation, together with growing political claims at the local level, requires new tactical approaches and pedagogical tools suitable for dynamic urban processes.
Lecture shows unusual, possible and imaginary ways of dealing with uncertain micro-localities, hyper-diverse communities and the new wave of migration.
Miodrag Kuč is an urban theorist and activist developing innovative approaches to working in urban environments. Based in Berlin at the ZK/U Centre for Art and Urbanistics.
