Bo Hongtao, Chief Architect of CCTN Architectural Design, explains why he is in favour of the city of Shanghai and talks about his recent designs for the regeneration of the northern part of Beijing Shougang Park. He also shares his ambition of introducing excellent Chinese urban construction projects to the world through RIBA’s platform by discussing how architecture can enlighten people.
The RIBA China Architect 100 programme, launched in June 2020, invites Chinese architects to become part of RIBA’s global community by having their projects showcased online. The first RIBA China Architect 100 digital guide revealed outstanding projects from 100 Chinese architects.
