Magma Arts & Congress
Magma – einen passenderen Namen für das Kulturzentrum von Adeje konnten die Architekten nicht finden. Es passt sich mit seiner Materialität, Farbgebung und optischen Rauheit wunderbar in die vorherschenden Farben und den Charakter der Vulkaninsel ein. Die Dachkonstruktion erinnert an die Wellen des Meeres und wird von 12 Monolithen aus Beton und dem für den Süden Teneriffas typischen Chasnera-Stein getragen.

Magma – its the very best name for the cultural centre of Adeja, which could be fund by the architects. This building with its materials, colors and optical roughness suits perfectly to the colors and the character of the volcanic island. The spectacular curves on the roof of the Magma Centre are inspired by the waves of the sea and held up by twelve columns made of concrete and the chasnera stone that is so typical of southern Tenerife.
