Learn from creative executive and senior lecturer Nick Longo as he develops branding elements and packaging designs for a fictional company that specializes in snacks for kids ‘SNIX SNAX.’ Today, Nick teaches us the anatomy of package design in ‘packaging 101’ with examples of what does and does not work alongside his 4 design principles. By the end of this segment, Nick will create a rough package layout, tweak the logo and polish brand identity. Tomorrow in the final segment, Nick will move these assets into Adobe Dimension CC to create a 3D mockup!
Nick has over 20 years of design experience in the retail industry. He owns and operates his own branding agency that specializes in product launches, corporate identity and retail execution.
