A69 – architekti, s.r.o.was founded in 1994. It has several dozen projects and realizations in the Czech Republic. Among the most significant buildings and award-winning designs are the Dr. Peták Sanatorium in Františkovy Lázně, the reconstruction of the street Anglická, the connective corridor for the Hotel Pawlik. A69 architects also leads workshops and lectures both in Czech republic and abroad. They are one of the most published Czech architectural studios publishing in prestigious magazines and websites all around the world.
Ing. arch. Jaroslav Wertig(*1969, Cheb), graduated 1997 from the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in the studio of prof. Ladislav Lábus. A member of the board of governors of the Czech Architectural Fund, the editorial board of the journal ARCHITEKT, editor of the yearbook Česká architektura 2002-03. He also leads lectures as a host professor at Architectural Institute in Prague (ARCHIP). Jaroslav Wertig is also the author of numerous articles in the field of architecture. He also leads a critical section in the prestigious Czech daily newspaper.
