They illustrate their thoughts about scarcity as a value with the “the world’s tallest squat,” an unfinished skyscraper in Caracas squatters transformed into a functioning community. They describe several of their projects, including the Vertical Gym , the Grotao Community Center, the Metro Cable transportation system, and the Power Shack housing for a township outside Capetown.
