How To Learn & Create New Visual Styles

How can you make work that helps you to grow? Define five variables that make you uncomfortable. Then apply one of those variables to your work each time you get a new assignment. Try doing a “Master Copy” as a means to learn new tools and techniques.

This is a cutdown from a live coaching call. The question is about breaking out of your comfort zone to create work that you wouldn’t normally create. Chris gives some tips to help you become a better designer by giving yourself limits, and duplicating work that you love.
