Born in Turkey, Enes found success at a very early age as a professional windsurfer. His windsurfing journey started when he was 13 years old and by the age of 20, he was already a 3 time World Champion professional windsurfer. His recognized successes also allowed him to receive EB-1 Extraordinary ability green card by the US Government. He attended and graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi while maintaining a competitive windsurfing career. Enes’s passion for real estate began at age 20 when he bought and renovated his first house in South Texas. For two years he was able to maintain his standing as a great student while simultaneously learning the ins and outs of the real estate business and competing in windsurfing events all over the world. After years of juggling school, windsurfing and real estate investing he decided to retire from the sport and to dedicate all of his time and energy into real estate. The enthusiasm for hard work that he learned at an early age as a professional athlete translated into immediate success in real estate development. In 3 years Enes developed and sold more than dozens of properties, breaking neighborhood records for highest sales and sq foot prices.
Enes has always had a passion for Los Angeles. In 2014, he made the decision to sell all of his holdings in South Texas and move to Los Angeles full time to pursue his career in real estate. His enthusiasm for Los Angeles stems from his love for the city’s culture, energy, diversity, and its architecture.
