10/16/2015 A follow up to the Symposium on Architecture event.
The post symposium discussion will focus on speculation about the way in which the issue of organisation is evolving in the context of new digital design mediums. The issues of organisation is thus multiplied into a finer grade of questions about how scale, seriality, systems and forms can and will be understood within a digital environment; our geometrical conceptions of organisational form being recast in non-geometrical terms.
What are the implications of a multi-scalar conception of form for design and designers? And how does designer’s value system change in the face of computational seriality?
