Flags by 45 designers to fly by the Thames for London Design Festival



Flags by designers including Morag Myerscough, Alan Kitching and Supermundane will be flown above Borough Market during this year’s London Design Festival, to showcase the creativity of the Bankside Design District.

Designers including Morag Myerscough, Alan Kitching and Supermundane were commissioned to create flags that will fly above Borough Market during the festival.

Commissioned by Better Bankside together with NB Studio, the project aims to “celebrate the independent spirit of Bankside”, an area on the south side of the Thames around the Tate Modern, and one of 11 design districts across the city for London Design Festival.
