Disruptive technology for affordable housing: Cesar Martinell at TEDxESADE

César Ramírez Martinell is the CEO of Cesar Martinell & Associates, a prominent architectural firm in Barcelona. He is the grandson of its founder, who founded the company in 1916, and who was a student and apprentice of Antoni Gaudi.

In addition to managing his firm he serves on the board of several construction and engineering companies. He has been part of several large projects in Barcelona, having worked on the MACBA, and was also involved in The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.

With a disruptive construction technology he is trying to make housing more afforadable worldwide.
