2025 DigitalFUTURES International Turkish Language Award
DigitalFUTURES is pleased to announce that the winner of the 2025 DigitalFUTURES International Turkish Language Award is Guzden Varinlioglu.
This prestigious award recognizes an architect of computational design, focusing on immersive technologies, architectural design education, and digital cultural heritage. She holds a PhD in Art Design and Architecture, an MFA in Graphic Design, and a BArch from the prestigious Turkish universities of Bilkent and METU. Her interdisciplinary research reached international grounds at MIT, UCL, and TAMU. Holding an associate professorship by the Council of Higher Education of Turkey, she taught courses on computational design, architectural design studio, and design theory at both graduate and undergraduate levels. As a Fulbright and Chevening alumni, Guzden has received numerous grants, fellowships and awards for her designs, presentations and publications.

2025 DigitalFUTURES Uluslararası Türkçe Dil Ödülü, kültürel mirasın korunması ve yorumlanmasına odaklanan; hesaplamalı tasarım, VR, oyun teknolojileri ve yapay zekâ alanlarında 20 yılı aşkın deneyime sahip, ödüllü akademisyen Güzden Varınlıoğlu’na verilmiştir.
Ödül töreni, 24 Ocak 2026 tarihinde Türkiye saati ile 17:00’da gerçekleştirilecektir.
