This process first requires that you create your hand lettering on paper either with a pencil or pen, or you can use a typography ink pen to create some digital typography. To complete the entire process of digital typography design from paper to Illustrator, you will need to then take a picture of your design on paper and then move it to your computer.
This method shown in my typography guide in Illustrator is meant for those who either do not want to use a Wacom Tablet, or simply do not have access to one.
