This grasshopper definition is all about having a controlled movement, rotation, and extrusion but at the same time being able to randomize others. By setting up domain parameters, we are able to keep some of the pieces from the original project, but at the same time, we have the ability to modify and randomize rotation and extrusion of planes in various directions. Some of the grasshopper components that determine the control are “insert item” and other numeric domain values.

We took the inspiration for this algorithm from the project called The Joshua Tree Residence, which was designed by Whiteaker Studio. The location of the project is in California, USA.
