Team: Daria Ozhyhanova, Denys Kozak
Location: Kharkiv, Ukraine
Program: Private Apartment
SPACE. FUNCTION. MATERIALITY. The core of the project is the central space of the living room which connects all functions and scenarios of the apartment into one. Such a pronounced decision is related to the need to effectively use space with a relatively small number of light openings, as well as the lifestyle of customers.
A distinctive feature of the project is a dialogue between concrete surfaces (existing) and a wood (new).
On the one hand, it gives the necessary balance between “warm and cold” zones, and on the other hand, creates a whole palette of tactile and visual experiences, so necessary in personal space.
