Pioneering artist Carrie Mae Weems presented a series of fragmented moments linked together to form a meditation on the history of violence. Joined by renowned artists and musicians Nona Hendryx and Carl Hancock Rux, Weems devised an evening of performance, spoken word, music and contemplation inside the Serpentine Pavilion.
