Bardamu began as a little experiment after the completion of Tatline Neue. We wanted a quirky and whimsical typeface for a little side project. Actually, we needed just a few letters, so we created a tine little font with a dozen or so glyphs. But then… working on the font proved to be a little more mesmerising than we'd expected. Before long we had basic Latin and numbers; in two days there were more than 300 glyphs, and now there are some 400 ranging from old style figures to double-layered diacritics.
Now, we also have a free version of the font, but it's a basic Lite version, which is understandable, we hope. To get a free font you'd need to subscribe to our Instagram & shoot us a message. We'd gladly send you a download link to Dropbox with the free font OTF file.
Needless to hate to be one of those people who can't give anything away for free, but we're trying hard to get noticed online, so we really hope subscribing to our official page to receive a free font isn't too high a price to pay.
Once again, the basic version of this font can be yours if you:
1. Subscribe to our Instagram Page.
2. Shoot us a message saying you're from Behance.
3. We'll send you a link to our shared Dropbox folder.
