Author of The Design of Everyday Things, Dr. Norman is also a principal of the Nielsen Norman Group. Jon Kolko champions the new field of interaction design, as the Executive Director of Design Strategy at Thinktiv, founder of the ac4d program at Austin Center for Design, and co-founder of the Interaction Design program at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Richard Anderson is a well-known user experience practice, management, and organizational strategy consultant and teacher, focused on social innovation.
