As part of The Things Around Us, the CCA presents A Catalogue of Tools, a video consisting of an array of objects selected by the architects of this exhibition, Rural Urban Framework (Joshua Bolchover and John Lin) and 51N4E (Johan Anrys and Freek Persyn).
Each “thing” tells a unique story of how the designers engage with environmental, material, or social conditions. Disparate tools and tactics applied in distant geographies, compose an inventory of strategies for positioning the architect within an expanded ecology of practice.
