Famous brands do hire designers to work on their logos, and they obviously want the logo to become famous and notorious in the minds of the end consumer. One clever way that famous brands do this is to work into the logo itself a secret meaning or clever hidden message. This can not only look cool and elevate the brand/logo, but it is suggestive and that is pretty powerful stuff.
As a graphic designer, I’m not too sure that some of these hidden secrets elevate the logo or it’s effectiveness, but they are fun and do give some context to the logo itself. In doing research for this video, I learned something about these famous logos, and I’m sure tat you will too after having watched the video.
