100 Day Studio: The Exhibitionists

Day 32 of the 100 Day Studio: On May 23rd 2020, the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale was supposed to be inaugurated. After its opening was initially postponed to the end of August, now it was further delayed to the spring of 2021. Away from the Biennale frenzy, we take the opportunity to discuss the theme of exhibiting architecture with the curators of some of the most innovative and irreverent exhibitions from the Biennale’s recent past: the Airbnb Pavilion (2014), the Portuguese Pavilion “Neighbourhood: Where Alvaro Meets Aldo” (2016) and the Unfolding Pavilion (2016, 2018). The discussion between Fabrizio Ballabio, Alessandro Bava, Nuno Grande, Roberto Cremascoli, Daniel Tudor Munteanu and Sara Favargiotti was moderated by Davide Tommaso Ferrando.
