Cox, Emma Bloomberg Professor in Residence of Urban Planning and Design at the GSD, will discuss the goals, engagement processes, and still-evolving outcomes of former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s signature economic development initiative, INVEST South/West, which he designed as Chicago’s Commissioner of Planning and Development.
