Bradley Samuels, a founding partner at Situ Studio and a Research Consultant on the Forensic Architecture project, presented his research on the increased visual capture of human rights violations and the rising role of spatial analysis in tribunals and international courts. In reviewing remote sensing work undertaken as part of Forensic Architecture—a European Research Council funded project based out of Goldsmiths Center for Research Architecture—his engagement posits new strategies for documenting, mapping, modeling, and visualizing spatial components of international humanitarian law and advocacy.
